12 oz can, dated 1/7/21, into Crooked Stave glass.
A gulf coast inspired tropical fruit sour with winter spices.
Hazy pale gold with a thin ring of wispy head.
Aroma from the can is wonderful gingerbread, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lime wedge, with some passion fruit and mango slices. Aroma from the glass is dirty gingerbread.
Flavor is tropical fruits - mango, lychee, and guava. A bowl of white grapefruit as well. Nutty gingerbread and nutmeg. It's so unique and it works very well.
Feel is wet and carbonated and crisp, sessionable, with slight cling at the end. Moderate warming alcohol in the belly.
Overall, practically a "winter warmer" for the gulf coast states. When you want the Christmas vibe but it's still 65 degrees. A very unique and regional treat that I would have never thought of. Works extremely well. Highly recommended.
