Pale gold, lemon body, hazy and unfiltered; rapidly forms a full and frothy cloud-white head, holding solid retention for several minutes.
Fruitiness in the aroma - orange and lemon citrus - as well as some pine, and even a touch tropical. Very light pale grainy malt in the background. Fresh & pure.
Upfront, the taste is grainy-sweet malt, mildly of caramel, with a moderate richness. Balances out heading towards the finish, with low-moderate hop bitterness, and light hop notes of pine resin. This is about respecting the malt. Finishes dry, with malt notes lingering. Medium body and carbonation, refreshing and with a smoothness that makes it feel more full on the palate than it is.
Wish this style was more "common", hah, and this is a spot on example. an easygoing & approachable beer, with a touch more malt complexity than you'd get from a typical American Lager. step up you game and drop your Molson to give this a try. I can drink this all day.
