English brown ale named after the four classifications of brown dwarf star, from largest to smallest. Brewer with carastan malt and flakes oats, with a pleasant hop character on the finish.

Taster pour:
Dark brown but seemingly clear of haze, a decent off-white ring wraps the surface. Nose and taste each have a bite to them that could be spice or alcohol notes, which isn’t ideal for a 4.7% brew but I ended up adjusting to it. Beyond this detraction, there is a heavy toast and nutty aroma and taste. A woody to grain husk like bitterness finishes the beer. Light and a little on the effervescent side.
