Can from MrBarleywine, thanks for the hookup!
Lightly hazy dark golden color with a decent sized off white head that slowly dissipates. Bready toasty caramel maltiness with bits of alcohol and diacetyl. Earthy resinous pine and citrus to counter. Light astringency. Difficult to drink

Gifted by neighbor around the firepit. I'd never heard of this brewery before. Excellent take on an old-school Imperial IPA, to the can says Imperial Pale Ale - whatever that means. Lots of pine/citrus hop balanced by a very tasty malt backbone - perhaps the yeast strain bringing a flavor unlike any other I've tasted. Would try again for sure.
