Poured from tap into 8oz glass while at brewery.
Color is understated golden yellow with thin head, but was brought to table from bar while at the brewery. Some lacing left on glass.
Aroma is hoppy and malty, understated but inviting.
Subtle spiciness and floral quality in the beginning followed by mellow bready/ biscuity notes.
Mouthfeel is crisp in the beginning and smooth and mellow at the finish.
Overall, really nice pilsner beer with no pretense- only straight forward drinkable beer with subtle complexity through out.
I will be back for this beer soon enough. Well done!
