on menu as "Independence Pale Ale" and "A blend of British and locally grown malted barley are given a big hug with a touch of Crystal Rye then dry hopped copiously with some dank Citra and Cascade"
slightly hazy yellow golden color, great hoppy aroma of citrus, berry, dank pine. similar flavors, a touch of honey like malt sweetness, enough bitterness. medium bodied.
