British malts and a blend of European and American hops were steeped, boiled, and fermented using our expressive British yeast. There is someone grilling nearby, a sense of deja vu from the time steam was venting out of a local coffee roaster hanging thick in the Guatemalan volcanic forest, as the boom of weekday fireworks suddenly jolts the mind back to reality. Munching on chocolate covered grapes the next turn seems odd but welcome, you embrace the last few drops from the tiny bottle of Underberg and watch an enthusiastic recent graduate open their very first box of cigars.

Purchased directly from the brewery. Pours a viscous black with a dark tan head. Notes of cherry, chocolate, plum on the nose. Rich figgy pudding, bittersweet chocolate, coffee. Lush mouthfeel with light carbonation. Overall, an outstanding British-style stout!
