Enjoyed on cask at the brewery in December 2023. The beer was a pale straw color and slightly lighter than expected, with the best head retention of any mild / bitter I can ever recall having. Notes of hay and very slight citrus on the nose, and an enjoyable taste with a faint, late bitterness. This is the first beer I’ve tried from this local brewer, and I am looking forward to returning at some point in the (near) future.
