Brewed with a blend of Marris Otter and Pilsner malts for the base and accentuated with various darker grains then hopped gently in the kettle utilizing East Kent Goldings.

Cask pour via the beer engine at the brewpub. in half liter tankard
black in color, with thick creamy layer of khaki colored head. excellent head retention. Very nice dark cocoa flavor in the aroma and the taste, not sweet at all, dry finish. excellent mouthfeel
