For our 6th Anniversary DIPA we thought it would be a great time to immortalize someone who means so much to Troubles End Brewing, Chef Kris. This beer, like our beloved Chef, is bright, juicy and deceivingly approachable. Here's to you Chef! Thank you for continuing to feed us all! Brewed with flaked oats and dry hopped with Citra, Motueka and Simcoe.

Purchased directly from the brewery. Pours a hazy pale straw color with a thin creamy head. Ripe fruit aroma of orange, peach and gooseberries. Very well balanced malt and hops. Juicy fruit and pleasant hop bitterness. Lush full mouthfeel with prickly carbonation. Overall, outstanding!
