New Zealand Pilsner
Dry Hopped Pilsner, 5%
Even though this beer is bright, dry, and refreshing, a strong malty backbone dances around the edges, resulting from a single decoction of all Pilsner malt. After a long and cool fermentation under pressure with our House Lager Yeast, we dry-hopped this this beauty with Motueka straight from the land of the Kiwis.
