Named after our revered brewmaster (who was an airline pilot before switching careers) this lager raises the bar. Using a couple of extra tricks, we managed to create a more complex recipe, and yet the result is an elegant, super simple, thirst-quenching, delicious and absolutely traditional beer! Is this a paradox? Yes. Does Pilot taste amazing? You betcha!

Bought at a Supermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter bottle poured into a Pilsener glass.
-Small foam head that leaves traces though doesn't cover the whole circumference. Orange cloudy colour. Carbonation not very seen.
-Orange smell. But not very smelly.
-Cake taste. Bitter orange but not too much.
-Not huge after taste. Feels like an IPA.
Good but nothing exceptional.
