Our homage to the style that made the beer a global phenomenon in the last 150 years. No bells and whistles, nothing to hide behind. And it always amazes us how simple the recipe looks on paper. The whole is really greater than the sum of its parts in this one.

Bought at a Suoermarket in Olomouc (Moravia, Czech Republic). Half liter bottle poured into a Pilsener glass.
-Dark yellow colour. Bubbly foamhead that fades away.
-Huge bread smell. Nice one. Citric smell. Also ham smell which is quite odd.
-Citric taste
- Mouthfull and full bodied.
A little bit odd for being a Czech Pilsener.
