A rich, roasted flavor with notes of chocolate and coffee. We have utilized lactose, or milk sugar, developing a touch of sweetness and giving a similar experience as to adding cream in your coffee. Then, just a small dose of hops to balance the roasted notes. This namesake comes from The Kelsey Model Dairy Farm, originally located south of the Earman River between today’s Alternate A1A and Prosperity Farms Road. It was established in 1925 and one of the first dairies to offer delivery in Palm Beach County. With a mild roast body, smooth finish, and a fairly low alcohol content you can just about drink this all day.
