This is our interpretation of a traditional Belgian Style Wit with an aroma of oranges and coriander. The classic Belgian yeast gives hints of banana and spice in the aftertaste. Prosperity Farms was a council of farms, orchards, and groves in Kelsey City. The farms Included the Monet, Prairie and Wilson estates among others. All of them yielded some of the most sought after produce, spices, and fruits (especially oranges) that were shipped directly to Madison Square Garden in 1924.
