Kettler's Kolsch

At its core this is a traditional German Kolsch style ale that is clean, crisp & delicately balanced. The brewing process is a hybrid somewhere between a lager and ale. This “easy drinker” has a subtle maltiness throughout and refreshing finish. Carl Kettler, better known as The Moving Picture Man, established the first movie theater in Kelsey City on the corner of present-day Clematis Street, West Palm Beach. Kettler's Bijou Theatre opened in 1923 and was later rebuilt as The Kettler. The 1400 seat theater showed the first talkies and was known as the most beautiful theater south of Atlanta. If only this beer would have been available at the concession stand.
