This German-style Hefeweizen ale balances pilsner and wheat malts, German noble hops, and a special yeast strain to highlight the distinctive banana and clove flavors that make Hefeweizens so tasty. Prost!

Crowler can. Label lists fill date as '10/13(2021)'.
Mostly clear, pale golden colored body. One finger of off white head upon pouring but mostly lives with a partial cap. Leaves tiny spots of foam.
Aroma of toasted malt and fruity hops. No yeast esters.
Taste is toasted malts. Has a off color fruity flavor, along with a muted attempt at any yeast esters (banana and clove). Dirty aftertaste that is not expected from this type of beer.
A little thin in mouth feel. Okay carbonation.
