Munich-Style Dunkel fermented with a special Franconian lager yeast from our friends at Jasper Yeast. We spunded this beer for natural carbonation and patiently allowed it to lager until the soft yeast flavors and complex malt notes came into balance. The resulting beer is a rich, flavorful celebration of German malts with fine, delicate carbonation and just a suggestion of German noble hops. Clocking in at a sessionable 5.3% abv, our Dunkel, inspired by those brewed in Munich, is a beer you can both contemplate or simply enjoy a few of. It’s the perfect beer for welcoming cooler weather, if we do say so ourselves.
