Served in a fluted pokal at the Spirit Water taproom.
Moving on to the Vanilla Cream. This one pours a clear sunset brass topped by a bit of relatively short-lived dirty white foam. The nose comprises vanilla, heavy cream, and a touch of vague grains in the background. The taste brings in more of the same, the resultant melange resembling a particularly sweet cream soda. Go figure, right? The body is a languid medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a slickly fluid feel. Overall, a nice cream soda-style beer, perhaps a bit on the sweet side (like, maybe the vanilla wasn't essential), but definitely enjoyable nonetheless.
