Served in a fluted pokal at the Spirit Water taproom.
Just about done, had to try the blonde made with ginger and apricots. I mean, why not? This stuff pours a clear brass topped by a small bit of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises peach (I guess it's actually apricot, but I can never tell by smell), light cereal grains, and a touch of candied orange peel. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a generous amount of the advertised ginger. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a slickly fluid feel. Overall, a tasty beer that verges on refreshing, though the well-hidden ABV can certainly sneak up on you if you're not vigilant.
