Stopped in to try the beers and food at this newly-opened brewery. (Signs also say Flatwater Farms.) It has a rural setting not far off an exit from US-31, so it's easily accessible. The pub is located on a certified-organic farm that has a hop yard as part of its operation. The emphasis here seems to be as a farm-to-table establishment. The brewery and restaurant operation is located inside a newly-constructed building with a modern style. The interior only has a modest amount of seating (none at the bar for now) due to social distancing, plus there are 6-8 small cabana-like structures for outdoor seating. The brewing equipment was open to the dining area.
We ordered a sampler flight of all 7 of the beers on tap (there was also a cider and 5 wines plus a sangria), although they have 20 taps. The 'farmhouse' theme is apparent from the styles (saison and farmhouse ale/lager) and descriptions of the beers, although some can also be considered standard styles (Farmhouse Pale Ale and Double FPA, both of which were quite turbid, much like a NEIPA). All of the beers were brewed very well to style, and we mostly enjoyed the Sunset Saison.
The food menu borders on upscale for its prices, and there are not very many items listed (only one hand-held) but what we had was excellent. (The Bangers & Mash seemed out of place here, but was delicious using sweet potatoes for the 'mash' portion of the dish.)
Because of its location this can be considered to be a destination brewery, but it's well worth it to make the trip.
