Our latest imperial stout, this one is a big fudge and chocolate bomb. Conditioned on Oreo cookies, cocoa nibs and vanilla with toasted marshmallow.

32 oz. Crowler

Poured into a Westy glass a very nice dark brown/black color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy one-finger tan head, which leaves some pretty nice small size islands, and some very nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is pretty nice, malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice dark chocolate/toffee, fudgy, some nice coconut, slight cocoa nibs, oreos, vanilla, slight marshmallow, nice roastyness, licorice. The taste is very nice malty, hoppy, with a very nice dark chocolate/toffee, fudgy, pretty nice coconut note, some cocoa nibs, oreos, marshmallow, vanilla, pretty nice roastyness, licorice. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty nicely, nice little sweetness, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall this is a very tasty beer.
