They call it an Imperial Milk Stout.
Poured into a Tree House glass a very nice dark brown/black color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger light tan head, which leaves a pretty nice small size island, and some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is malty, hoppy, with a pretty nice dark chocolate/toffee, pretty nice neapolitan ice cream, slight cocoa nibs, vanilla, pretty nice roastyness, licorice. The taste is very nice malty, hoppy, with a very nice dark chocolate/toffee, very nice neapolitan ice cream, some cocoa nibs, vanilla, very nice roastyness, licorice. Medium body, ABV is hidden pretty nicely, nice little sweetness, with a pretty nice dry/bitter finish. Overall this is a very tasty beer. I would not really call this an Impy.
