In Roxborough, in a narrow storefront on Ridge Ave but the entrance is off of a side courtyard. Long and skinny space, small tables in the front half, then a bar in the middle. Concrete bar, 14 seats. 12 taps and 2 beer engines. Good mix of styles. Had the Mild and the English Porter. Had a brisket sandwich that was excellent. There is outdoor seating which looks like it would be nice in warmer weather. The area is street parking but there are also two pay lots within a block

I went with a small group on a Sunday morning. Brunch time. Mistake. Although this place seemed to cater more to the brunch crowd than the beer crowd. New place, still shiny, kind of upscale. Was nice to see they had some malty styles available. ESB and mild ale were the best way to start out a day of brewery hopping.Service was OK, they did the best they could with a packed house. Beer decent. Street parking.

Bougie(ish) newer spot with a very nice, albeit small bar, some indoor tables as well as more outdoor seating. I was impressed with the selection of beers on draught, including an enjoyable ESB. Our service was great, and although my leading lady and I only sampled the fries, the accompanying beer cheese was totes delish. A little pricier than anticipated, but we don’t really have much to complain about during our first visit. Worth stopping by.

I am so excited to have had New Ridge Brewing finally open because I've been dying for a local spot that offered great beer and food at a reasonable price. My formal local had a pretty good beer selection but it was often kind of confused (5 dark beers and 6 IPAs out of 12), and the food was way over-priced for what it was. The food at New Ridge is fantastic (huge props to their chef Nate Moyer), and a serious boost for them as I would have gone just for the beer! With that said, it's not the widest selection of beers (at least for now because it's a small brewery and they're dealing with a great demand), but it's very nicely balanced and almost everything is great. Coming from me, that really means something!
What I've said so far should be enough to get you to give them a shot, but let me at least finish up by covering the atmosphere. For right now it's outside dining only because of COVID-19. There are five (I believe) tables on the patio beneath umbrellas in the walkways that goes from Ridge avenue back to the parking lot behind. The walkway itself has been really nicely done, and there's a bright and colorful mural on both sides. Inside of New Ridge is just as nice, but unfortunately that's off-limits for now.
I should also note that they now have some vegan options on the menu; and let me re-state that everything I've tasted has been brilliant and well worth the cost - and that goes for both the beer and the food.
