Urban Anomaly American Stout is intended to be a reminder to the world that even in sunny California, a proper stout can be enjoyed all-year-round. Notes of chocolate, coffee and a hint of smoked malt character that add an element on depth and complexity while encouraging the next sip.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that quickly died down, leaving a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of chocolate malts are present in the nose. Little to no bitterness is perceptible.
T: The taste is nearly a mirror image to the smell and has light flavors of chocolate malts.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This stout is light in body, but is definitely drinkable if you are consuming it in a warm climate like Southern California.
