Crystal clear golden amber brew with tall foam in the Faust nonic. Pleasant aroma of roasted malt and alfalfa. This stuff does taste earthy and weedy. But all quite pleasant. Rather sweet and simple but robust malt flavor. A little grainy and finishes with the resiny zing and a touch of bitterness. Overall, this is a decent Oktoberfest-style brew that is quite drinkable. A little too much grapey dark taste at the end, almost like tobacco, From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. Canned 09/22/2023.
