Pours out of the can a gently hazy straw color with about a finger of head that dissipates quickly. Smells crackery and earthy. Taste is balanced and delightful. Getting the cracker notes mixed with a faint pepper and yeast. It's hard to describe....I just like it! Great rich mouthfeel due to the excellent carbonation content.
