Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a hazy golden-orange topped by a finger of lightly off-white foam. The nose comprises pineapple, grapefruit, orange zest, agave nectar, passion fruit, light leek, and a hint of sweet biscuit. The taste brings in more of the same, along with a vein of honey, sweetness and all. The body is a light-leaning medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. A rather tasty and enjoyable TIPA, if I do say so myself. ..And I do.
