Tropical style Sour ale with Cherry, Pineapple and Feijoa
Talk to any of our resident metal heads, and you will quickly find that heavy music has an expansive landscape of genres and sub genres. ELDM is an obscure genre we made up, but it is entirely possible it exists within the vast soundtrack dedicated to chugging bass lines and brutal double kick drums. This tropical sour brings in Feijoa, a first-time fruit for us and holy cripes, are we stoked to play with this baddie. It's almost like a Pear and a Pineapple had a couple too many mai tais down at the local rum bar and woke up the next morning knowing some romance went down and then nine months later... Baby Feijoa pops up all crying but totally looking like mom and dad.

Pours hazy red with a thin, lacy head. Aroma is strongly pineapple and cherry. Taste is tart with a sweetness combined, which is wonderfully balanced. There is a strong taste of cherry here; the pineapple completely disappears from the aroma. Overall, if you like sour or tart beer, this is a strong candidate to be on your list. A wonderful tart beer that I can easily recommend.
