Pours amber and clear with a light, white head. Aroma is distinctly marshmallow. Yes, I know there's no marshmallow listed but yet it's there. Taste is..waitaminute. This is supposed to be a strawberry, vanilla and graham cracker brew. My sample was obtained at the brewery and I could swear the taste is very pear. The brew is quite good but this is definitely a sour pear. It is clean and a bit sour but quite unique. Recommended and a head scatcher.
