Pours a cloudy honey color with the thinnest of all possible heads. Aroma is tangerine. Taste is lime and citrus, or tangerine. There is a good pucker factor here but not as much as with other sours; a good middle of the road. My wife says it tastes like honey but I don't taste that myself. There is low carbonation and an astringent component. Save for a hot summer evening.
