Brewed with New York grown white wheat, Bohemian pilsner malt, and just a touch of malted spelt, offering balanced complexity. Single hopped in the kettle with Hallertau Blanc and finally left to ferment on copious amounts of blackberry. Sharp, acidic, leathery, and all-around refreshing.
