Sour IIPA w/ Lactose, Peach, and Vanilla
Brewed at the peak of harvest season and conditioned with generous volumes of locally sourced dwarf-white peaches. Early doses of Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic in the fermenter offer inviting aromas of sweet peach cobbler and chardonnay; further amplified by the generous addition of both Mexican Pompona and Madagascar Sambava vanilla beans. A sharp lactic bite quickly rounded by a liberal hand of rolled oat and milk sugar. Balance without restraint. ***CONTAINS LACTOSE***
