American Daydream American Wheat Beer
This beer was designed to come across as a citrus-tinged wheat with a tiny bit of earthy spice to it. It’s an American wheat, so it should portray a bit of orange all the way through due to the style of yeast and fermentation temp.

Had American Daydream at the Five Wits tap room, Chattanooga, on draft into Willi Becher, and also poured from 12-oz. can, no date, into Weizen glass.
Pours gold with a 1-finger, creamy near-white head, with decent retention, leaving some scattered narrow drapes of lace. Aroma of a bit of wheat spice and malt, growing citrusy as warms. Begins with a bit of carbonation, then mild malt, some noble hop spice and mild citrus, growing into mildly bitter, dry finish.
Fairly aggressive but beautifully balanced American pale wheat ale.
