Spill the Tea - is our traditional Bohemian Pilsner *with no tea added*
Clocking in at 4.8% ABV and utterly quaffable, this Czech Pils was also decoction-mashed and made exclusively with Saaz hops.
Floral, rich in bready Pilsner malt, with a pleasantly mellow finish.

Had Spill the Tea at the Five Wits tap room, Chattanooga, on draft into willi becher.
Pours light gold with clarity and 1-finger near-white head, with good retention, leaving sketchy lace down the glass. Aroma of sweet malt off pour, then some Noble hop spice, and a little sharp fruit (citrus), and finally some florals and herbals. Begins nicely smooth and creamy then moderate spicy Noble hop bite takes over, revealing the mild malt beneath, before sharp citrus fruit and some herbal qualities show, to lead into a very crisp finish.
Intentional and effective traditional Czech pilsner, highlighted by a crisp but still malty and flavorful finish.
