New Design. New Rants. New Hops. And a new chance for you to embarrass yourself ? After all the MIMIMIMI feedbacks of the last version, this time we have made it much easier for you and brewed 2 single hopped beers. But again - guess the hops wrong and you'll be properly insulted as usual. Of course, not from us, we are quite nice.
The "Kinski Can" will offend you like someone who dared to criticize the brilliant but mentally ill Klaus Kinski, a legendary german actor.

Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and tropical/citrus hops, with notes of passion fruit, grapefruit and just a hint of dankness. Taste is a great balance of light biscuity malt and fruity, juicy, slightly dank and spicy hops, with tropical and citrus notes of passion fruit and grapefruit, as well as hints of spicy weed. Finishes with a light/medium bitterness and some passion fruit and grapefruit lingering in the aftertaste. Soft mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
I will admit that Strata was only my second guess here, but in my defense, Galaxy has a kind of similar hop profile to it, with that bright passion fruit character, and this is not quite as dank as I would have expected from Strata. There's also a certain, zesty grapefruit presence here that I've never really gotten from Strata before, as well as a bit of spice and even hints of floral accents. All in all, this is a very interesting take on Strata that seems both familiar and a little different than what you might expect, with a nice body and mouthfeel as well.
