Atelier Guess What HBC 630
Pours a completely unfiltered yellow colored beer with a huge, stable eggshell head atop.
Aromas lead with slightly dank limes, ripe tangerine among banana peel and pineapple.
Offers an utmost smooth, creamy mouthfeel with a well dosed lower, yet fitting carbonation burst during the beer’s finish, showcasing a well balanced lighter to medium bodied beer.
Tastes of exotic fruit puree with a nice crown of whipped cream on top, while the prominent fruitiness in this gets complimented by lingering, bitter limes. Its mid palate develops an almost oily hop quality with lemon candy, dry herbs and luscious pineapple tamed by a crackery to cakey malt backbone. Finishes utmost creamy with a sudden lime uprise battering down on the back end of the tongue, establishing a powerful and long lasting bitter aftertaste, accompanied by maintaining yet subdued tropical fruits.
This is a very laid back, smooth and intriguing beer, flawlessly composed until an unforseen lime burst in the finish changes the flavor appearance fundamentally. Very well done and enjoyable throughout.
