Yields an unfiltered yellow beer with a bigger, stable eggshell colored head.
Aromas on this offer resinous herbs among utmost ripe papaya and mango together with a skunky leaf appearance adding a pleasant depth to the fruity hops in this.
Drinks fuller and well balanced with an utmost smooth and creamy mouthfeel, revealing a late and fitting carbonation spark.
Tastes of kiwi jam, fermenting, resinous garden herbs and caramel malts with lots of lingering limes and passion fruit. Offers an utmost pleasant creaminess then with sweeter, greenish fruit sorbet, maintaining resin and a drop of honey. Finishes with ripe apricots, dank resin, bitter lime and mango, tamed by unripe passion fruit and a long lasting bitterness.
This is ripe and luscious with a fantastic depth and mouthfeel to it pushing the boundaries of my palate in an utmost pleasant fashion.
