Yields an unfiltered saturated yellow with a solid, stable head atop.
Aromas lead with fresh cut oranges among passion fruit and papaya for an additional fruit complexity, together with elderberry blossom quality and lighter garden herbs.
Has a light, mellow-ish mouthfeel with a lively carbonation, revealing a light bodied beer.
Tastes of fruit sorbet, limes with a leafy dryness to them and a subtle caramel forward malt backbone. Its mid palate turns out to be muddled, a bit overly carbonated with a sudden, sticky bitterness which does not add to the so far established flavors. Finishes lemon forward with a pleasant, sudden silkness and a timid, yet longer lasting late bitterness among white bread dough.
A solid, but muddled Pale Ale with a washed out flavor composition, which seems to be standing in its own way.
