Pours a saturated yellow to amber color, entirely clouded, with a bigger, stable head atop.
Aromas are defined by a tropical fruit basket, leading with intense passion fruit and papaya, as well as lighter lime zest and ripe red currants among a whiff of cakey malts.
Has a well developed, yet soft mouthfeel to it, exhibiting a medium bodied, refreshing beer.
Tastes of juicy lime pulp, adding a gentle, leaf accompanied bitterness to the otherwise fruit forward hops, leaning onto mango, blueberries and lighter oranges. This bright and intense beginning gets highlighted by a smooth whipped cream softness, adding space for subtle, caramel covered bread dough. Finishes with a fitting blend of maintaining bitter- and fruitiness, a note of honey and guave juice.
Well rounded, intense and soft, this is a very solid Dipa, with no further surprises.
