Yields a completely unfiltered yellow color with a stable, medium sized head.
Offers aroma of fresh cut garden herbs among ice bonbons and an exotic fruits forward sorbet.
Drinks very soft with a creamy, silk mouthfeel to it, well balanced with a late, well developed effervescence.
Tastes of ripe kiwi, passion fruit and mango, together with fresh popped corn and orange accompanied cakey malts. The beer turns sweeter then with subtle malts and a powerful fruit basket among a slowly, yet steadily uprising, lime forward bitterness. Finishes creamy with guava juice, mandarins and pineapple, leading to a lasting lime forward finish.
A versatile and complex, yet seamlessly well working Double IPA with a solid mouthfeel to it.
