Copenhagen 5/5 2026. 44 cl can from Øltanken web-shop. Dark red and black ban in somber tones with the long quirky name written vertically.
Pours opaque, curly and slightly dirty brownish yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet and fermented odor laden with alcohol mingling with sharp and unforgiving citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Hint of decay and alcohol. Turpentine. Grapefruit and lemon. A little rough.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a rough bitterness rummaging just beneath. Lingering. Finish is rather dry.
Fine congratulatory boozer.
