Being in the coffee capital of the world and the hop capital of the U.S. we decided to take the often-overlooked Cascadian Dark Ale (Black IPA) style to its logical conclusion with Mind on Midnight. Citrus and pine aromas from Yakima hops interlace with smooth chocolate-coffee flavors thanks to an infusion of fresh cold brewed Olympia Coffee courtesy of our friends at Burien Press. ‘Liquid gold?’ No, you fool, tis only moonlight.
