Bottle:
Hmm...an unfiltered pilsner. Not a great sign off the bat.
4.8% ABV.
Tastes slightly like a Kellerbier. Grassy hops, pilsner malt, damp grain, starch.
A bit bland, which is to say it's overly neutral in taste for a Pilsner. Doesn't go deep into delicate Noble hops, doesn't feel dazzlingly drinkable with a crisp clean fresh pilsner malt core, doesn't really do the things one wants a pilsner to do.
Fine as a generic lager, I guess. Not much of a pilsner proper.
