330 ml bottle, from Systembolaget, shared in Oslo by my son Steinar. Deep golden colour, white head. Decent aroma and flavour of malts and herbal German hops, nice balance. Will buy again if this beer is introduced at Vinmonopolet.

Pours a hazy yellow with thick soft head.
Smell is bready and crackery with notes of citrus and rye with grainy, herbal and yeasty hints.
Taste is bready and crisp, clean and crackery. Notes of citrus, wheat dough and some spicy, peppery, herbal and yeasty hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a really nice Kellerbier with a quite unusual taste profile.

De Labirratorium. En copa hefe de Bavaria. Jugando a Fortnite. Muy bebible, quizás algo falta de sabor pero se disfruta por lo bien que entra y sienta

From the just before it's "best by" date bottle, it pours a hazy light amber with a nice head. Big into bread in the nose, along with a touch of citrus. The taste is light and refreshing, with some slight bitterness and flavor. Easy to drink.

Slightly hazy golden color with a two finger thick head with good retention.
Clean aroma with notes of bread, grass, a distant green apple and some yeast.
Flavor with notes of bread malt, spicy and herbal hops, some acidity, yeast, apples and a bit of nutmeg. Dry and bitter aftertaste.
Light body with good carbonation.
Refreshing, balanced and very drinkable Kellerbier. Assertive and giving a young feeling.

appearance: Nice and cloud, but nothing new. Nice head but a bit too weak looking for what the brew should be I think
smell: Bitterness combined with earthy. An interesting combo, not so sure what I think about it though
taste: Bitterness dominates the flavor but a bit of sweetness comes out at the end, not as impressed as I wanted to be honestly
mouthfeel: Sticks around just long enough, not bad. It has some back bone
overall: Although this didn't break any records for great taste for me, overall, I liked it. Would love it on a cool morning in the winter. Not bad in the end

The colour is pale gold (7 EBC), the liquid is cloudy. The two finger off-white airy head slowly sinks down, leaving minimal lacing.
The smell is strong. Fresh yeasty notes, chalk, flowers and green grass. Thick sweet flavours. Hints of fresh meats. Flowery bitter hops, hints of metal.
The taste is smooth and quite mild. Sweet bread-like malts, some bitterness that turns into notes of green plants and unripe berries. Quite a lot of flowery notes. Medium body. The aftertaste got some notes of wheat flour, fresh bread, chalk and tree sap. The finish is smooth and sweet.
The carbonation is medium strong, small short-lived bubbles. The liquid is dry.
An over-smooth Kellerbier, I would like it to be rougher.
