Yields a light brown, slightly amber color with a bigger, noisy eggshell colored head.
Smells of rustic toffee, toasted nuts and glazed sugar.
Drinks soft with a late, spritzy effervescence, featuring a well balanced, light bodied beer.
Tastes of bakers chocolate, whole grain dough and sweet toffee among lighter noble hops, producing a subtle bitterness. Offers a caramel sweet mid palate with a very lively, mineralic effervescence. Finishes with burned hazelnuts, milk chocolate and a light note of fudge among lingering herbal hops.
A finely nuanced, subtle and well working Brown Ale with a great balance to it.
