Appearance – Clear amber body with a half finger head
Aroma – Bready, lager yeast, a touch of honey
Taste – Slightly sour, bready malts, a little fruity and floral. No notes of juniper. No bitterness.
Mouthfeel – A little puckering but not much. Expected more sourness, more acidity.
Overall – Not what I expected from the description, almost tasted like a lager.
