Copenhagen 1/5 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Light pink can with what looks like an ancient, green(!) hard disk.
Pours opaque, murky orange with almost no head. All foam disappears almost immediately. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet citric odor mingling with more tart scents. Blood orange, vanilla and a bit of sugar. Tart citrus and gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Thin, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger tart sourness. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Tight and sour fruit-basket with enough sweetness to make it seem benevolent.
