33 cl tap slam at Bear’s House, Toulouse, FR. A collaboration with Track Brew Co. (UK).
Delivered happily capped with a slim finger of foam on hazy yellow brew.
Nose is tropical fruit, white wine, passionfruit, pine.
Taste follows - it’s an intensely tasty mix of Nelson Sauvin (80%) and Riwaka (20%) hops, which sets it apart from the usual Citra lead. Piney. Low bitterness. Nice abv kick.
Mouth is full and a tad oily. Medium carbonation.
Overall, this is a delicious juicy juice bomb hazy DIPA.
