We used the same base recipe as our Oktoberfest Ur-Märzen and pitched an experimental lager yeast strain that enhances flavor compounds in the malt and hops.

Taste: grains of dark bread notes, earthy, non sweet, chewy mouthfeel. Toasted earthy malts woody, slight hopped nose. Copper color hue, clear, tall foamy head and rings of lace. Medium full body. Solid beer.
